Routine bookings: please telephone after 10:30
1st September, 2021
We are now able to offer all our patients routine check-ups and treatment. The ongoing safety precautions and restrictions imposed on dentistry are still very time consuming. Unfortunately, we do not have the capacity to be able to call everyone individually to book overdue routine check-ups, so please telephone the practice if you would like to be seen.
• To make routine bookings please telephone after 10:30 if possible.
• Our front door, waiting room and patient toilet are all open, but please maintain social distancing.
• Reminder calls to include covid screening are still very important to all staff and patients.
• Face-masks and hand sanitiser are still required for all healthcare settings and must be adhered to properly for everyone’s safety.
Remember: You will not lose your place at the practice if you have been unable to attend as a result of the pandemic.
We are aware that there are still people who would prefer to wait for an appointment as we are not yet free of the pandemic.
Remember: We will be wearing additional and sometimes different personal protective equipment (PPE) for all appointments. We will be wearing this already when you come to the surgery. Sometimes it is difficult to hear what we are saying behind the masks, respirators and visors we must wear. Please alert a staff member if you wish to postpone your treatment and it may be easier to talk on the phone if you have any specific queries.
